At the bottom right of the panel there is a button with three dots in a circle. It opens four items:

In basso a destra nel pannello c’è un pulsante con tre puntini in un cerchio. Apre quattro voci:

  • Show silent apps too: also list open apps that are not making sound right now.Mostra anche le app in silenzio: elenca anche le app aperte che al momento non emettono suono.
  • Open at login: start Mixbar automatically when you log in.Apri all’avvio: avvia Mixbar automaticamente quando accedi.
  • Sound Settings: open the Sound pane of System Settings.Impostazioni Suono: apre il pannello Suono delle Impostazioni di Sistema.
  • Quit Mixbar: close the app.Esci da Mixbar: chiude l’app.

Tick Open at login and Mixbar starts with your Mac, so your per-app volumes are in place before any app starts playing. Untick it to stop that. You can also see and change it in System Settings, under General, Login Items.

Spunta Apri all’avvio e Mixbar parte insieme al Mac, così i volumi per app sono pronti prima che qualsiasi app cominci a suonare. Togli la spunta per fermarla. Puoi anche vederlo e cambiarlo nelle Impostazioni di Sistema, in Generali, Elementi login.

Quit MixbarUscire da Mixbar

Choose Quit Mixbar from the menu, or press Command and Q while the panel is open. As soon as Mixbar quits, every app returns to its normal volume. Your saved levels are kept for the next time.

Scegli Esci da Mixbar dal menu, oppure premi Comando e Q mentre il pannello è aperto. Appena Mixbar si chiude, ogni app torna al suo volume normale. I livelli salvati restano per la volta successiva.

Uninstall MixbarDisinstallare Mixbar

  1. Quit Mixbar from its menu.Esci da Mixbar dal suo menu.
  2. Open the Applications folder and drag Mixbar to the Bin.Apri la cartella Applicazioni e trascina Mixbar nel Cestino.
  3. Optional: remove the saved volumes. In the Finder choose Go, Go to Folder, type ~/Library/Preferences and delete app.mixbar.mac.plist.Facoltativo: rimuovi i volumi salvati. Nel Finder scegli Vai, Vai alla cartella, scrivi ~/Library/Preferences ed elimina app.mixbar.mac.plist.
  4. Optional: in System Settings, Privacy & Security, Screen & System Audio Recording, remove Mixbar from the list.Facoltativo: nelle Impostazioni di Sistema, Privacy e sicurezza, Registrazione schermo e audio di sistema, rimuovi Mixbar dall’elenco.

Mixbar installs nothing else. It has no helper, no background service and no files outside the app and that one preferences file.

Mixbar non installa nient’altro. Non ha componenti ausiliari, servizi in background né file fuori dall’app e da quel solo file di preferenze.
